Your home away from home in Barcelona! The apartment is exactly as described, even better. The location is absolutely perfect, 10 min walk from Placa de Espanya - clear acces to the sea via Avinguda del Paral·lel, 10 min walk from Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes - direct acces to Plaça de Catalunya and 10 min walk to Carrer del Consell de Cent that takes straight to Casa Batlló. Although close to everything, the area has an amazing local vibe, not overcrowded by tourists. You have plenty of good restaurants and coffee shops close by, one of the best supermarkets (Bonpreu), excellent local shops with fruits and vegetables and Turris (the best spot for bread and pastries). The apartment is located in this magnificent building that you will absolutely love. The apartment has a perfect structure with 2 private bedrooms and 2 spacious Bathrooms, a spacious luminous living room and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for your long stay. Your host is super responsive & helpful!

The aparment is nice but following are things that need to be fixed or done. 1- Showers are very tiny and uncomfortable. 2- There is no full height mirrors. 3- Angles of beds are wood and very sharp if you are not carefull you can injure yourself. 3- The walls need to be repainted as they are dirty. 4- The sink in the master bedroom bath is very nice but its not practical. 5- The lighting in the bathrooms is very low. 6- The mirror in the master bedroom is nice but not practical. 7- You need to have wall hooks in the bathrooms to hang you clothes and hangers for the towels. 8- We did not need to have a TV but maybe some others customers would like to have a TV. 9-There were no blankets.

We loved our month in Barcelona and great part of it was thanks to our experience at Lore’s place. The apartment is located in an historic building, walking distance from great restaurants and city buzz but at the same time, very close to Montjuic park and nature. In case we had any questions about the apartment, Lore and her team were very responsive and helpful. If the apartment is still available for years to come, we would definitely love to stay at the apartment once more. Thank you for the great experience

We spent a fantastic time in this apartments. Lots of beautiful buildings around, the apartments are quite good, and the building is decorated with amazing bar reliefs. Just wonderful.
