The hosts were very responsive at the beginning, allowing us to do an early check-in, what I immensely appreciate! They stopped answering me soon after, tho. I couldn't open the locker, it was lack of strength as I found about later, but they could answered me. I wasn't sure I would be able to get back in, it was very stressful. I couldn't use the kitchen, it was packed with food and bags, I was afraid I was intruding. The bedroom was confy and clean. The property is close to the bus stop that take you to the Nottingham city centre or Derby. Mind if you have big bags, the room is upstairs.
