Very spacious can accommodate up to 4 people. Quiet and located in Central nice area of Concord. Everything is a short distance, Restaurants, grocery & shops "The Veranda & Sun Valley Mall. Our unit is at the 2nd floor right next to the elevator. Balcony w/ relaxing view of the pool & Tahoe like setting. Benches & tables available outside. This condo unit is extra clean and very cozy for the guests to enjoy. We carefully sanitize this unit to make sure to protect the health of every each guest that stays here. We have a new carpet and wood flooring. Once you enter the door, you can still smell of a new home. We have decorated this place nicely so you would feel like you are at home :) You should enjoy the pool during summertime. Laundry facility are only steps away right next to the pool. Please be courteous to other people who could one of the homeowners and guests as well. We do not allow loud music or parties. No Pets (any kind) and No Smoking 🚭 in the unit. We have ordinance that No one is allowed to smoke in the vicinity even by the balcony, common areas around the pool and parking lot.
