for last minute and budgets stay over is worth the price. very responsive. check in and check out is easy. Host are helpful and friendly. some furniture might need to replced. quit old. like the coffee table and dressing table. overall the rest is good. there's washing machine come with detergent. there's vacum and spray mop all included. feel like home. huge dustbin with cover this is what i like the most. for a last minute and small budget, i guess this is the best place to stay.

Lower than expected. mattress smells of previous occupant. mattress of low quality. Toilet accessories not working well. quite frustrating. 3 nights stay with NO TV. Cannot access, though reported, but Black Box seems to be spoilt. I wonder if owner or management did regular checks on the premise. Furnitures dirty. Not a place I would return and recommend to others. Its a waste.

Ty's home was nice. The space is big, the couch and beds are comfortable, and the location is great with the Banafee restaurants being within a short walk and KSL city mall a short grab. The condominium building is pretty new and very secure but some amenities like the sauna weren't working. The views from the apartment were wonderful. I do have to warn that it's extremely bare bones. I know it says minimalist design but it was very empty. There wasn't a microwave, very few utensils like knives (those were bent) or cutting boards, rice cooker, a working iron, kitchen towels, hand towels, etc. If staying for a short few days perhaps ok but we had to supplement quite a bit for our month long stay. Luckily we had family in the area to loan us some things. On a better note, Ty was very responsive to requests such as replacing the TV, bringing us water, and fixing a drainage issue.
