Rob place is really nice and convenient we enjoyed the space in the home and he was very friendly and accommodating.

Rob’s house is definitely one of the cleanest I’ve ever been in, most of the things in there are new, it looks better in person the pictures don’t do it justice, Rob was always responsive and respectful which we appreciated a lot, the neighborhood was very quiet as well! I had a great stay

This home is a townhouse with individual on both sides. As we are arriving to the house Rob texts about the water not being on at the house, 3 hours later the water company is leaving, the water was shut off. As we enter the home we noticed a great deal of things damaged and we were nervous and immediately took pictures and contacted Rob. We did not want to be responsible for the scratches on walls and stains on carpet. The grill was dirty with old aluminum foil and left up. You could not go in back yard because of bugs from water gathering in the plants by the door. The furniture is as pictured but has not been taken care. For example the white couch had coins, hair, and dirt trapped in crease of couch. The toilet upstairs in the hallway was over flowing so my husband had to cut it off. The house overall needs to be deep cleaned, walls painted and maintenance required on bathrooms. It took forever for the shower to get warm/hot. As for Rob he apologized and said he had been out the country but other than refunding the cleaning fee he didn’t do anything else. He offered after he told the cleaning crew they didn’t do a good job for them to come back , I didn’t feel comfortable because he said they argued back with him. There was an issue every day we were here. I felt we deserve a day refund or something because of all we endured. I hope Rob takes advice given.
