Enjoy a private heated pool with scenic views and all the comfort within this fresh, beautiful suite. Includes AC in each bedroom, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, living Room, dinning area, patio with outdoor furniture & everything you need for an amazing stay. Lomas Village Suite is eco friendly, solar powered. This fabulous guest house is located on the first floor of the main house. When you enter the property, you are welcomed to a private entrance into a spacious living room & dinning area, both showcasing a beautiful panoramic view to the city and ocean. Each bedroom has a queen size bed & AC. The property also features a huge private heated pool & jacuzzi, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV, dinning table, in unit laundry & gazebos with outdoor sitting areas. The home has solar panels that powers the entire property to guarantee power service at all times and a 300 gallon water system in case the water service is interrupted.

Highly recommend. The views, pool, location, place and host were great. The outdoor space is unbeatable. Very safe neighborhood as well as you're inside a gated community.
First off, the #1 greatest thing about this location in my opinion is the view. The view is beautiful, it is peaceful and relaxing and that is what I go for. I’ve stayed twice now at this spot. Second, the owner is extremely nice, polite, and truly wants you to be satisfied. He is easy to get in contact with and very responsive. The location is in a gated community, safe and quiet. It is in a semi-mountainous area, so the driveway is very steep, just a heads up. And if you’re not familiar with the area, the roads might confuse you a bit. That goes in hand with being in PR generally. The house is spacious, has a lot of light in the living room through the glass doors, the AC units in both bedrooms work well, the pool is now heated so you can swim in the winter too. If you’re ok with typical PR living, then this house shouldn’t be a problem.

Me sentí como si estuviese en mi casa, y agradezco muchísimo la atención conmigo y mi esposo durante nuestra estadía. La vista hacia el Mar Caribe estuvo espectacular! La piscina perfecta para relajarse y refrescarse! Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estadía una cómoda y de memorias muy bonitas para sorprender a mi papá durante las navidades!
We Live in Puerto Rico! We found Vidal’s place while searching for a place to stay since our water was out. We were only 15 min from home. But, we felt like we were somewhere else tucked in the mountains! We have passed this area and never knew this diamond was hidden in the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and relaxed. Just so happens we had a Wounded Warrior event that took place at a bowling alley 5 minutes from the house. The best host anyone could have! He made sure we were comfortable and Welcome! The neighborhood is made up of upper-middle class professionals, it permeates an atmosphere of absolute tranquility and because it is a high place, the breeze feels stronger.
We strongly recommend renting a vehicle to get around. Uber does not work in the area and cab drivers can be very expensive and unreliable.
