Thank you to Andrew for a wonderful stay in your Truro apartment, well located a pleasant fifteen minute walk along the river to the centre of Truro. The property was spotless and is a very spacious duplex with pleasant views out to the river. The beds are very comfy, there are two bathrooms, and upstairs, there is a very pleasant seating area with television and views. There is also a dining zone and well equipped kitchen in this open plan area with vaulted ceiling. Everything is well thought out for guests, even with charging cables in the bedside cabinets, teas, and coffees and dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods. There is plenty of information on the area. There is parking provided in an open fronted garage and check in was easy and flexible. It is obvious he cares about his guests and consequently my family had a perfect stay here and is highly recommend (but not when we walk to rebook ;-).

Just returned from a stay in Truro the apartment was in a lovely quiet place, no issues finding the apartment good clear directions. Firstly I would say that if you are not very mobile then this is not the place for you, as there are a few fights of stairs that you have to climb to get to the apartment itself, this was no problem for us but it is something that you should think about. Once in the apartment there was an issue with the smoke alarm, the battery required replacing, I did message Andrew and asked if there were any batteries in the apartment, he replied immediately and we got a replacement battery and he reimbursed me the money and also refunded some of my money for the trouble, this was very good of him. The bedrooms were a good size and one had an en-suite which we found useful the shower in the en-suite was very good. We didn’t cook much in the apartment, but it did have most things that you would require to cook a meal. A very enjoyable stay.
