If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and a personalised interaction with the host this is your place. Renovated and cozy apartment located in a very quiet beach, surrounded by the rice fields and with the Albufera Natural Park in your backyard. Ideal for a walk along the beach and enjoying the Valencian cuisine. Valencia City is located just over half an hour from the house and in less than 10 min you can find the towns of Cullera or Sueca counting with all the services you may need. Beachfront and cozy 1 bedroom-apartment with a complete bathroom with shower, integrated kitchen to the living room and a fantastic terrace to the sea. The house is fully equipped for cooking and enjoying a home-like getaway. Wifi and aircon/heating. The apartment is ideal for 2 adults and there are 2 folding beds for 2 kids. It is not recommendable 3 or 4 adults. The swimming Pool open from the last week of june to the first week of september.

Antes de nada darle las gracias a Javi ,por ser tan amable y atento, todas las dudas que hemos tenido se ha preocupado por resolverlas. Si algún volvemos a valencia sin duda nos quedaremos en su alojamiento,estaba todo muy limpio ordenado así da gusto estar en una casa y más que íbamos con nuestros peques y han estado muy a gusto ellos.
Ubicación ideal para disfrutar de la playa y de las vistas al mar. Javi es un gran anfitrión. Todo perfecto.
Lovely place and host. Carmen was very friendly and kind, treating us like her own family. We stayed for a month in her apartment, and it was an unforgettable experience. The sea view from the balcony was stunning, adding to the charm of the very clean, tidy, and extremely comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed. I definitely recommend it. Thank you!
Wir waren dort im Juni ( Anfang), die Lage ist sehr, sehr ruhig. Alle Häuser standen zu 90% unbesetzt. Wenn man die Ruhe genießen will, dann ist es der richtige Ort . Um die Lebensmitteleinkäufe zu erledigen bräuchten wir ein Auto, weil die kleine Lebensmittelläden waren noch geschlossen. Im Ort gibt es eine Bäckerei und paar Restaurants. Carmen und ihr Mann sind sehr nett, freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
It was perfect time in Mareny Blau! Carmen was so friendly and helpful, the best host ever! She even drove us in town as she has some business there so we could make food shopping in the first day. Never seen such a nice and caring host. In the apartment you can find everything what you need for comfortable staying. Like everything! It felt like our summer sea house, so cozy! Thank you Carmen for the most amazing stay in Airbnb!

Mareny Blau is mainly a second residency beach area with a relaxing atmosphere. During the summer season there is a great atmosphere and off season it is almost like a private place for you.The urbanization offers:
• Tennis courts and other racket-related sport courts, swimming pool (cap required)
• A variety of restaurants mainly open during summer and weekends in spring. There is a minimum service the rest of the year.
• A small convenience store which opens from Easter to early sept.
• There is a very popular bakery just 15 min walking which opens all year round.
During the summer season there is a great atmosphere but never overcrowded as opposed to the most popular touristic areas and during the rest of the year it is priceless to enjoy such an exclusive and secluded beach with an amazing weather and still counting with everything you may need in less than 10 minutes by car.
Approximate distances by car:
• Valencia: 30 min
• Albufera: 15-20 min
• Mall with Carrefour, cinema, restaurants etc
Regular bus service in summer, 2 services during weekdays in winter.
Very recommendable to come with car.

Después de una gran aventura por Australia, dónde pasé 7 años y medio inolvidables junto a mi mujer y mi hija, vuelvo a mi casa, Valencia, y más concreto a la zona del Mareny Blau, la playa en la que crecí ,con la idea de dedicarme al mundo del turismo y poder dar a conocer a todos esta maravillosa zona, empezando mi pequeña empresa de gestión de alojamientos turísticos, Alojamientos Mareny Blau (AMB) After an Australian adventure, where I lived an amazing experience for more than 7 years together with my wife and my little one, I came back home, Valencia, and in particular, Mareny Blau area, the beach where I grew up, to start a new adventure in tourism and show everyone how amazing this area is, starting my little business of touristic apartment management, Alojamientos Mareny Blau (AMB)
