Very central, just 10 minutes stroll to the beach and even less to restaurants and shops. 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, Jacuzzi Bath and the pool is just a few meters from your patio. If you are comparing other properties please be aware that this one has all of the following advantages: - Free Wi-Fi, Air conditioning in all bedrooms living and dinning room (there is no additional charge for air con units as there is in most other accommodation) Two bathrooms including a bath rather than just a shower and it is a Jacuzzi bath. You would also have direct access from the living room patio doors to the pool rather than having to walk from the rear of the property to the pool area with a larger than usual patio area. I have also upgraded the plumbing system to supply 145 litres of stored hot water as apposed to the standard 65 litres so no waiting around for water to heat up, security blinds on all windows allowing you to sleep securely but with ventilation and also stopping the bright sun waking you in the morning. You also have the use of 8 sun lounges with 6 cushions as seen above. Most importantly I believe the beds are very comfortable. My friend Abdul a local Turkish English-speaking man will be on hand look after your needs and help with any enquiries that you may have. The 42" flat screen TV has an extensive selection of English TV programs. There’s also four bikes including a tandem, a mans bike, a ladies bike and a small adult or child’s bike which were purchased for my own use, however you will be provided with a key for the locks so that you can move them if they are in your way. If you would like to use them please feel free to, but this would be on the understanding that it is at your risk, the bikes are not part of any rental contract and I do not have cycle helmets. Cycle hire is also available in Icmeler. Please compare these points before considering other accommodation. You do not need to hire a car but it is an option.  Again, I have contacts that can help.  The accommodation was completed in 2005, there are three bedrooms one double and two twin each with it’s own balcony, and sofa bed if required in the living room. There is also a Jacuzzi bathroom up stairs and W.C on each floor with a massage shower in the downstairs bathroom. It is fully air conditioned, ideally situated in the more exclusive resort of Icmeler near Marmaris, just a ten minute stroll to the beach and all local amenities with beautiful views of the surrounding lush green mountains from any of the three balconies. .
