Please feel free to ask if there’s any questions as I am often around on/off throughout the day and am happy to help ,if possible . If you prefer to just let yourself in/out with the keysafe and no contact ,I will respect your wishes and privacy but hope the accommodation provides what you need in either way . I’m afraid I have needed to increase my prices for 2023 due to cost of living increases etc……….however ,there is no extra cost for a guest and I have also improved the space provided with a table and 2 chairs for dining and also a dedicated workspace. This was based on feedback from previous lovely guests ,which I have taken on board for that sense of purpose .There are now also 2 chairs in the living room area to facilitate this particular space (also based on feedback from previous guests). There are new photos added to reflect this . I am also aware that some guests may wish to check in late and leave early in the morning ,therefore , I have an option to make an offer on the price regarding various situations,however this has to work from both aspects . Please note that I do not provide a cooked breakfast ,but will always be essentials such as tea ,coffee,milk ,jam,bread ,cereals etc . I am more than happy to provide specific items ,prior to booking ,should you request them ,so please be sure to let me know. During warmer months please do use the small enclosed garden at the back ,2 chairs ,coffee table and parasol are provided and also feel free to use the space outside the front door too, where the sun is placed from early morning to early afternoon . Considering that this is a residential road it is pretty quiet ,especially where the bedroom is placed at the back with doors leading into the small garden. Farthing Downs is just around the corner ,therefore should you decide to take a walk and have a picnic and take in the lovely views ,I can provide a cooler box /rug in order to do this. I lived within this same area as a child and although several changes have taken place since , I still believe there is a lot to offer for individual needs .
