Great place & launch pad for our trips to 4 Corners, Arches, Mesa Verde, Ouray, Telluride, Durango and the Million Dollar Hwy. Very well stocked kitchen, clean and comfortable beds. Would stay there again.

We had an amazing time at this property! I used the house for a family vacation. the house was beautiful and had so much character. The location was the cherry on top! we went hiking and just down the road was the river with trails. the town was really cute. We were about 20 min from the Mesa Verde national park. Definitely am not disappointed! thank you for opening your home up to us!

The house was spacious and perfectly outfitted for a large group. The kitchen was well-equipped and very organized. Wonderful location right by the river and near town.

Great spot right in "downtown" Dolores. Walking distance to all the restaurants and things to do in this cute little town. Great for groups as long as three off the bedrooms are ok with sharing the downstairs bedrooms, could get a hectic with three couples down there, but it was fine for a guys mountain bike trip we did. Overall a beautiful house with good kitchen and good beds.

Home has been updated well. There is no air-conditioning. No one could sleep upstairs because of temperature. Most windows could not open. Landscaping was not clean. There was wires, wood and some trash on front landscaping. One of our family tripped on the walk way to the front door stairs. They are uneven. Layout of home was wonderful. Air-conditioning needs to be put in for a peaceful stay. We are from a desert region. But spending good amount of our money staying somewhere we did expect to be comfortable throughout our stay! It is a good location!
