Easy check-in. Clean apartment, a bit humid, but that is said for all apartment in SF.

Good things: - Very quick responses from the support team and willingness to help with all issues - Green territory with fountains, ducks and nice views - Netflix and YouTube on TV - Great working WIFI - Grocery store and a gas station nearby Bad things: Don’t buy the beautiful photos. My wife and I were impressed by the photos and that’s why we booked it for a month, but it was the worst experience on Airbnb ever. 1. The apartment smells so badly that my wife couldn’t sleep first days. We bought incense, but it barely helped. 2. Amenities. It seems new and spacious on the photos, but actually it’s not. Furniture and tableware were old. The dishwasher and fan didn’t work. Wifi didn’t work the day we checked in. There’s was no bathroom stopper so we had to use heels. Heater was old and broke after 7 days we used it almost non-stop because it was freezing those days. The gym is small and closed by 8 pm, so if you like to exercise in the evenings like me, you can’t. 3. Check-in - we come at night and we couldn’t get to the apartment because the key was in a locker and I couldn’t open. We were lucky other people opened the common door and then we opened apartment’s door with a key. 4. Appreciate that Support team replied very quickly and were trying to help asap. We couldn’t get access to the gym more than a week while they told me that the access key is somewhere in the apartment, then they provided and even offered to provide a compensation. When they knew the heater doesn’t work they immediately ordered a new one. 5. Location. a) We ordered 80% of our meals on Uber Eats because the kitchen was unpleasant to cook there. So the location wasn’t good in terms of meeting the couriers and taking the food (they couldn’t fight exact place, we had to go out and meet them outside - and don’t forget the key, because otherwise you can’t get back). b) Cemetery is everywhere around c) good grocery and restaurants are 10 min away. d) in May it was soooo cold living there, but it’s a problem of all locations close to the Ocean. 20 min down the valley it was much warmer. I write this bad review because when I stay on Airbnb I don’t want to face ALL THE ISSUES and wait until they are fixed. I think the apartment should be well prepared for smooth living especially when you pay $4,500 a month. Now I have another monthly staying pf same price, but it’s 100 levels up in quality. So I definitely can say we had the worst quality-price ratio.
