Stay was enjoyable. Location is good and house description mostly accurate. Rental company was great with communication and that was appreciated. A lot of corners cut with the house that lower the experience and could use a solid cleaning but location is solid.

Loved that there was garage parking, very close to the convention center and the beach! Our family really enjoyed our weekend stay!!!

Priced for location, not quality space. Would’ve rated lower, except that the rental company was super responsive to our concerns. Great location, nice balcony and toddler-friendly, but that’s where the benefits stop. “Bring your own linens and paper products” actually means dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, hand towels, trash bags, light bulbs, and ice as well. When we arrived, floors were vacuumed, but counters were gross and needed wiping. The carpets were gross and smelled moldy, needs replacing. Bedrooms smelled like urine so we washed all the mattress pads and comforters immediately. Tv remote was disgusting/sticky. But I guess we didn’t have to worry about the kids ruining anything! Appliances not great. Dishwasher difficult to work. Oven fan cover fell off. Refrigerator doesn’t make filtered water or ice, wasn’t hooked up to the water (they attempted to fix). Many missing light bulbs. Coffee maker did not work, but they replaced this right away.

This was a fabulous rental! You only cross 1 street to get to the boardwalk & beach! You don’t even need to use your car…everything is within walking distance and there is a tram on the boardwalk if you need to get a lift to the water & amusement parks. There is plenty of space and privacy for everyone in the rental. It was clean and comfortable and the 2nd floor deck/balcony was an awesome addition! Access to a pool was right around the corner from the condo. Very convenient! The only downsides I experienced were that we had to bring our own linens & towels, and that was quite a bit to haul for 5 beds and 3 bathrooms, and there was not an outdoor shower. We had access to a garden hose, but after getting covered with sand everyday at the beach, it would have been nice to have a warm outdoor shower to clean off before entering the rental. We would absolutely rent this unit again! We had one of the best family vacations at this location!
