Very easy to find from the water taxis and near by restaurants were abundant. Every thing on the island was walkable. We stayed in a budget room and the bed was comfortable and the shower had lots of hot water. It was not fancy but adequate and very safe with a nightly security guard. The pool was lovely right on the beach. The restaurant across the street had entertainment and closed at 10pm so it was not noisy at night. Good value and location.

The location is good, everything is in walking distance. Staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms aren't anything special but don't need to be, you'll probably not spend tons of time in there, so many things to do. Satisfied with the overall experience!

I REALLY enjoyed my stay at Popeyes. Don’t let the “budget” term discourage you at all. The location is perfect - right off the water and very walkable, but in a little quiet corner of the island away from the main strip. The room was very comfortable; and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed during my stay. The AC worked great and the bathroom had lots of hot water. The pool out front is AWESOME and the perfect spot to cool off and people watch. 10/10 recommend, especially for the price!

For my first stop in Belize, this place on Caye Caulker was ideal. It was so easy to find and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is also ideal for exploring the Caye. It is easy to walk to all the things and also easy to take morning walks along the shore.
