We stayed at Ziping’s place for two months and never regretted. Ziping was very nice. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. From the bedroom, it is possible to see unforgettable California sunsets every evening. The kitchen and bathroom have everything we needed. The washer and drying are in the garage, you may use it by your own. There is also a drying frame for delicate clothes. The area is supervised by a patrol. We felt so safe. We walked a lot in the area: there’s beautiful nature with very clean air. We loved the smell from the trees there very much. The Brea Mall, Walmart and Target are each about 5 mins away by car. Thanks for having us. We highly recommend this place!❤️

Place was just as described. Had some issues, but they were very understanding. Overall, it was a good place to stay at.
