Just want to say thank you for allowing me to stay at your home. Everything was so clear and Jami communication was quick. Also thank you for accommodating me at the last minute. I WOULD RECOMMEND you to EVERYONE.

Fine for what it is, car is necessary, everything is as what is described, but overall it is a temporary spot, not recommended for long-term stays unless in a pinch. Many incidents with guests taking food that is marked, taking items, even silverware...by the end of my two month stay there was 1 fork left, and while the hosts acknowledge this, not much beyond that is done. While this isn't indicative of the hosts as much as the other guests, I would definitely say there needs to be more work done to manage the Airbnb. I appreciated my time here, but it is a letdown compared to some of my other stays on this app.

It's not just Jami, but a couple that runs this place. They care very much for their residents comfort. While there, we had an issue with the garbage disposal in the sink. They had us perform a bit of troubleshooting, which was great because sometimes a problem can be solved quickly if it's simple. However, it did not seem like a quick fix, so they sent a maintenance person out the next day. Turns out it was just unplugged. I appreciate their prompt communication and willingness to work with me for a few minutes instead of forcing me to just wait for a maintenance person to come out.
