I had a great stay at Kaya Konak Cave. The host is so helpful and responsive on communication. They helped me book airport shuttles and activities in the area. The location is perfect, it is so close to the town center, bus station, and a great selection of restaurants. The room itself is so cute. AC works great! There is also breakfast provided. Overall I had a lovely stay.

Had a wonderful time here! Friendliest staff ever! Helped with getting transportation set up to and from the airport! Breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety. Room is spacious and very cozy. Only issue is the Wi-Fi is not so good in the room. Otherwise 5 stars all around

We love the room, it matches what you see in the picture and once you are there, you feel amazed by the atmosphere in the room, it's cold outside but when you step inside the room, it's so warm and cozy. Great service from the owner and the staff is friendly. Turkish breakfast is included in our stay and we love the Turkish hospitality to the people. You can have hot air balloon view just right on their cozy rooftop. It's magic to stay in a cave

I feel cheated since there was an AC in the advertisement, but in fact there wasn't. We were suggested to use fan instead, but it was useless, so the first almost sleepless night was awful since it was like in sauna. We were considering moving to another hotel, but also there were plenty of available rooms with AC in the hotel but much smaller, and we suggested us sleeping there. But no, the owner decided to install AC in our room during our stay, luckily while we were out for excursion. Instead of relaxing we had to deal with such concerns and discomfort, and weren't considered for a reduction in the first night price even though I was trying to imply that it would have been fair. Moreover on the check-in we noticed that all towels were in spots of different colors, mostly black. We asked for change, but newly provided ones also were stained. Then together we realized that they don't have any spotless towels in stock and they gave us completely new ones. The room itself was great.
