Apartamento muy bien ubicado, con restaurantes a distancia caminable como Petit Paris, Hikaru y Beirut (recomendados). El apartamento, espacioso, cómodo y bien decorado. Ethielt muy buena onda y atento, nos dio la oportunidad de hacer late check out, esperando nuestro vuelo en la tarde y estamos muy agradecidos. Regresaremos.

He is a great host . Picked us up from the airport for a small fee that was well worth it . Took us to a grocery store to pick up some supplies as we had arrived in the evening . Was very responsive . Would recommend his place .

Stayed here for a month. First the good: Great view of the city from the 16th floor. Lots of natural light. Two full bathrooms. Loved the firm mattress - slept wonderfully. Ethielt was quite responsive to my questions. The bad: The place had not been fully cleaned when I arrived. There was dust and dirt on the floors, counter and table tops and in bathrooms. I complained and the owner brought in a cleaner, who improved the situation a little. I was told it's hard to get good cleaners in Panama City. Also I did see a couple of bugs in the cupboards, as a previous guest has mentioned. I was told by the owner that this is to be expected in such a humid environment... The hot water worked sporadically for the first week. An electrician was brought in and seems to have fixed the problem, as the hot water worked after that. The internet usually worked fine, but once in a while would stop working for a few minutes. I would not stay here again but the place has a lot of promise.
