Very nice house, close to the beach and pools. Well equipped. Jim and Brian very helpful, do recommend all his suggestions, Captain Juan is a charm if you want to go sailing. We recommend renting a golf cart to move around Nopolo complex Great stay overall

We had an amazing time in Nopolo. The house was perfect for our two families and offered beautiful, peaceful spaces to gather. The rooftop patio was an exceptional spot in which to read a book, play a game or just enjoy the pristine surroundings. We loved walking the beach at sunrise and sunset and observing the variety of birds, fish and sea critters. Jim's restaurant/cafe recommendations were spot-on and we enjoyed all our culinary experiences in and around Nopolo and Loreto. Jim was a very responsive and gracious host, and we look forward to returning to this special casa in the future.

Nopolo is very clean and quiet. Jim’s house is too!! We could have used a little more info about the house (we didn’t know there was a reverse osmosis device under the kitchen sink) also some tips on how to catch a taxi (walk down to the security guards at the hotel and they will call you one!) With a few days left the kitchen sink started leaking and we didn’t hear back from Jim on getting it fixed. It was a bummer but not a deal breaker. Also I think the dishwasher didn’t work well (maybe connected to sink issue?) Overall a lovely stay! Perfect set up for us and our grown children. Central kitchen and dining area but separated bedrooms allowed for people to wake up early or stay up late with no problems.

Jim responds quickly to queries, as does the onsite rep, and both were very helpful. The place was generally as described. The upstairs firepit came in handy on cooler evenings, once the propane cannister was filled. The pull-out couch is probably ok for smaller children, but not for 2 adults. For clarity, the claim that this "is one of the few places in the area with a pool" is not true - it is close to the lap pool (20 seconds) but it doesn't have its own pool.
