Excellent stay with very attentive host in a nice villa. The villa is situated somewhat remote but is close to the village. You'll need a car. Plenty of space around the house and lots of nice places to go for sightseeing, dinner etc. + Nice garden and very quietly situated. + Small kids play area outside. + Very nice pool and terrace + Large kitchen with all the equipment you'll need. - Garden is divided by a fence which makes the garden smaller (still huge). - Very limited supply of warm water in a somewhat small and dated bathroom. - Should you be required to sit insite due to weather it can be somewhat small.

We hebben een prettig verblijf gehad in dit huis. Met name hebben we dit huis gekozen voor de faciliteiten voor de kinderen en die waren erg leuk! De tuin en tuinmeubilair is super, mooi en comfortabel. Binnen kan het huis wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken; met name de douche (temperatuur lastig te reguleren), de matrassen (erg hard) en de wasmachine (programma niet meer leesbaar en doet er uren over). Simpel te verhelpen allemaal dus een bezoek aan dit huis is zeker de moeite waard! De verhuurder is geweldig. Luana was altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en de tips over wat er in de omgeving te doen was waren erg welkom. Enorm pluspunt!

Superfin utemiljö där vi trivdes väldigt bra, härligt poolområde & olika sittytor där det gick att variera mellan sol och skugga. Minus för väldigt hårda sängar i båda sovrummen.

HIGHLY recommended My family and I came here for a week and had an amazing stay. The house is perfect. Very positive vibes that makes you feel home straight away. Very peaceful area. Some days we did not even want to leave the house! Pool & garden where you can chill and take some real holiday time. Very well located as well, 5mn drive from San Vito and 20mn from the beach. 45 from Lecce. Very easy to go visit all the touristic places from there. Very good communication with Luana as well, very kind person, she sent us all the good tips and places to go. She was always available if I had any questions. Definitely will go back if we plan an other trip to puglia. Was perfect with our 6 months old baby. High chair and baby bed in the house. Never seen him that smily!!

Pihapiiri, laajan terassin toteutus istuinryhmineen ja varjoineen, istutukset ja ruukkukasvit sekä allas ovat ehdottomasti tämän huvilan valtteja. Allas on erittäin mukava ja sopii myös lapsille. Ehdottomasti yksi tyylikkäimmistä toteutuksista mitä olen nähnyt! Kesäkeittiön grilli/uuni oli kuitenkin jopa taitavalle grillaajalle hyvin hankala käyttää. Sisätiloissa on erittäin hyvä ja tehokas ilmastointi (automaattinen ilmalämpöpumppu), vaikka tämä ei selvinnyt kovinkaan selkeästi kohteen kuvauksesta. Sisätilat ovat toimivat kolmihenkiselle perheelle, kaappeja paljon ja hyvä kylppäri. Olohuoneen sisustus ei vastaa ilmoituksen kuvia, vaan olohuone on käytännössä vain yksi ulko-ovea päin katsova sohva.
