Stylishly furnished 2 bedroom private duplex. Less than a mile from the best shopping in Anchorage and a stones throw from public transportation. A creek follows the private drive to a heated garage. Walking distance to a lake, dog park and excellent trail system. Fully fenced yard and dogs welcome. Private deck, fire pit, bbq and nice overall outdoor ambiance. Bonus room can be used as private office for your zoom calls and work from home. New appliances including washer and dryer. This duplex is set up with identical furnished rentals on each side. It is a ranch style duplex, only sharing one wall. Each has a private garage and fenced yard. The rentals went into service in March 2022, with new furniture, appliances, new paint bathroom and other features. There is a king bedroom and Queen bedroom in each unit. Extra large washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, dining table for 4, bathroom with tub, deck seating for 4, high speed internet, Smart TV and heated 2 car garage.
Excellent host. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Would recommend to anyone.
A cozy spot for my family (including our two dogs!) to crash for a few days in Anchorage. Close to a great breakfast spot and a short drive to most anything you’d like to do in Anchorage. Freya and Jesse were fabulous hosts and took great care of us during our stay. Especially appreciated the bright decor and ability to park our vehicle inside the garage. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
If you want to access the lake and trail system, go right on 76th right out of the driveway. Follow approx 1/2 mile to the dead end. The trails here connect throughout Anchorage. Google Campbell Creek trails for maps, ect.
For a fenced dog park and kid playground go left out of the driveway on 76th. Go through the light and then the two round abouts. The park is on the right approx 3/4 mile from the house.
For access to the Dimond Center Mall, go south on Old Seward (light by house) for approx 1 mile. The mall is on the right after the Dimond Bvld light.

The neighborhood borders the old Seward business district. 76th intersects Arctic Blvd, which is easy access to Costco.
