Great house! Super location and a nice private and relaxing space. I do wish they had air conditioning as that would have been so helpful on those hot days we stayed. Stocked kitchen was appreciated for the little forgotten things and Joe was very quick to respond to any and all texts. A nice space for multiple people however I do wish they had a larger couch so we could all be together in a more relaxed state in the living room. Overall great house and would stay again.

Nice property. Could use a deep cleaning and a few minor fixes. Well kept and unique for its age. Cooked most meals during our stay and had everything we needed. Relaxing with ample room throughout. Short drive to Bolton (great town) where we hung out on beach, rented pontoon boat, and ate lunch. Enjoyed the secluded area of the home. Spoke with Joe before our stay and communicated a few times during. Fantastic person to say the least. Good memories which is why we were there.

I stayed here with 10 friends and there was more than enough space for everyone. It's a quiet house near the lake

From check-in to check-out - it was a phenomenal stay! The communication was excellent with lots of information upon check-in. The house was very well kept and organized. The location couldn't have gotten any better - very close to explore Bolton Landing but also felt secluded. It was simply a charming home with lots of character. Plan to stay with family again in the future!
