Free Fun Included Every Day! Winter Park Escapes is the only management company to provide over $500 of Free activities and equipment rentals every day of your stay at some of the most popular attractions the area has to offer. In addition to our Free activities and equipment rentals, we also offer several optional activities and services at a discounted rate. We provide the absolute finest professionally cleaned luxury accommodations and locations the area has to offer at the lowest nightly rates available without any reservation fees by booking direct. This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the free resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation. This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, wall mounted Hd smart Tv's to stream your favorite online apps including Netflix's, You Tube and Hulu, a large assortment of board games, an Amazon Alexa for hospitality speaker to provide you with your own virtual personal concierge, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, blue tooth speaker for streaming your favorite playlist, free wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. This building does have an elevator. When you walk inside #106 for the first time, thinking of doing anything that requires leaving this sweet condo will be the last thing on your mind. Walk into a large entry way offering a bench for taking off your boots and racks to hold your skis on one side and a closet hiding a washer and dryer on the other. Follow the path of hardwood floors to the open concept great room in which the best memories will be made. This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets. The kitchen is tucked away between the living room and dining room space and features custom cabinets with light stone countertops, updated fixtures, and high end stainless steel appliances that help bring the joy back to cooking. Four occupants can sit at the barstools parked in front of the expansive breakfast bar. The dining area, located just steps away from the kitchen for conveniences sake, has a modern design in spite of the natural elements used to create it. Offering room for six guests to play games, surf the internet, or dine, this room is known to be the noisiest space in the condo as guests laugh and chat and play. There are 2 additional dining chairs allowing up to 8 people to congregate at the dining table. Sleep is as important to the vacation experience as the activities you participate in during your visit, and all three bedrooms are designed to create the ultimate in sleeping experiences. The master bedroom provides a king bed topped with high thread count linens on its premium mattress. An en suite bath offers privacy and a walk-in shower, The management company provided toiletries, and towels that are soft and fluffy. A queen bed and twin trundle in the second guest room provides a mountain chalet decorator’s touch in a room that is light and bright. This bedroom shares bathroom access with the public spaces and the third bedroom of the condo, and offers a walk-in shower, single vanity, and a sleek design décor that will be appreciated by all that utilize the space. The third and final bedroom of #106 features another queen bed. A stackable washer and dryer takes up residence behind what appears to be an ordinary closet door, so pack light and do not fear accidental mishaps knowing you can just throw your clothes in the wash and all will be as good as new! The balcony mentioned earlier offers a large outdoor sofa to sit, sip, and savor the idyllic mountain views visible from this spot. A gas grill will be much used during summer visits and although it may be too cold to sit out here for long in the winter, if you bundle up it is the perfect place to watch the sun set each evening. The condo is also very family friendly with many additional features that neighboring properties do not offer, including a queen sleeper sofa, 65" Hd smart Tv with sound bar and subwoofer to stream Netflix, Hulu, or you preferred streaming service. There are above and beyond kitchen amenities in the well stocked chef's kitchen like electric tea kettle, Kitchen Aid mixer, coffee grinder and coffee from the Perk, crock pot, blender, and much more to make your cooking experience perfect. The property also features organic 5-star hotel caliber toiletries for a spa like experience. There is a pack n play sleeper sofa and booster chair with tray for the young members of your party. Community amenities are plentiful with Hideaway Station and include underground heated parking much appreciated on rainy days or every day in the winter, a community seating area, and a 20-person hot tub that will soon become the highlight of your Winter Park getaway! Sit and soak and meet your new neighbors as the steam disappears into the cold blue sky and feel the aches and pains of travel and all the adventures that accompany your mountain trip melt away. This condo is the closest unit in the building to the hot tub access making it very convenient for those looking to soak away the pains of skiing Mary Jane. You will find a public E-Charger in the covered garage next door, adjacent to the Fireside Market. Fantastic place to stay! Gorgeous furnishings and feels brand new. Kitchen is fully stocked and fireplace heated things up quickly! It's close to restaurants, shopping and you can walk to town. Shuttling to Winter Park resort was easy during the week, but busy over the weekend. The underground parking was convenient, and we loved the hot tub - overall a great place to stay!

We stayed here for a few days of spring break skiing with our 2 teen daughters. The bedrooms were perfect -- no one was stuck with a bunk bed! We loved the space, the kitchen, and the location. The community hot tub was amazing. It was huge! After a day of skiing, it was a perfect way to relax. This place is exactly as described and did not leave any detail out. We would love to stay here again.

We stayed at the Hideaway Station in Winter Park. The location and the rental were perfect! We were within walking distance of several restaurants, a grocery store, and a coffee shop. The underground parking made it easy for us to get started on our day wihtout dealing with any snow removal issues. The rental unit was exactly as described, with everything we could need and very clean! There were plenty of towels and blankets. We stayed for five days, so we made use of the washer/dryer, which was great to have. If we make it back to Winter Park, we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for skiing at Winter Park. We were a family of 4, and my sons are 22 and 16. The space is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The location was fabulous in terms of being convenient to everything. There is a food market, coffee shop and several restaurants within walking distance. The best part is that the mattresses on the king and the two queen beds were very comfortable. I would caution that the bed labeled as a twin is very tiny, and close to the floor. I am 5 foot eight, and it was not long enough for me. It’s only suitable for a small person. The locks on the door have keypads, and the sensors definitely need to be re-calibrated, as we would have to try many times to input the code. Other than that, it was a fabulous stay and we would definitely return and recommend it to anyone else traveling to the area.
