Keshian was very responsive the couple times we had questions. When the wifi didn't work, she even called the internet service provider immediately and we were back up! We were very impressed with the rental - very clean, modern appliances and lots of choices of coffee!! Thanks for a great stay while we attended our scrapbook retreat!
