The house was beautiful and in a great location. Access to a boat ramp near the house and three marinas nearby was perfect. I highly recommend this location.
We had the most amazing time staying here. We stayed for an extended stay to visit with family who lived close by and it was loved and complimented by all! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and there are lots of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. We knew coming in that the surrounding area would not have a lot of restaurants for eating out, so we made a lot of our food while we were there. There is a WalMart that was easy to get to so that was perfect for us. Derek was responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We hope to come back next year!

Beautiful quiet setting on Watts Bar lake, very well equipped kitchen, clean, beautiful living area and back deck for gatherings. Super clean and well organized. Derek was proactive in making sure we knew how to get to this remote location and the codes we needed to get into the property and house, and responded immediately with any questions we had. This was a great location for our family Thanksgiving gathering
