We go to War at least once or twice a year and always stay at Rick and Mary's places! They are absolutely beautiful and feel like home. This property is so cool with the upstairs too, although we didn't need to use the upstairs. I especially love that there is a washing machine to clean your clothes after a day of riding the trails. My husband and I also are amazed at the great things Rick and Mary have done for the community. They are a great asset and provide for many people. This is one of the reasons we stay at their properties as well. Any way we can support them for their outstanding citizenship we will! We have stayed at 4 of their properties and they are all excellent! My advice is "Stay with Mary and RIck, You can't go wrong!!

Nice location. Close to our destination. Rick and Mary were friendly and accommodating. It was much nicer than we expected. We plan to stay again

Rick and Mary's place was perfect for what we were there for and that was to ride! The Warrior and Indian ridge trails were great! Ice cream shop is killer! Huge portions with small cost. The house was clean and quiet and everything a person could need for a week of riding the trails. We will definitely be back and hopefully soon!

This was our second time staying in one of Rick & Marys rentals. Very friendly and responsive people to deal with. Highly recommend renting from them their places are nice and clean and very cozy for the feel of being at home.
