The place is nice and clean but finding it from the airport with the instructions provided was impossible. The taxi driver was TOTALLY lost. The directions from the airport need to be corrected and should be EXPLICIT (not from Phillipsburg or from Marigot). *** DO NOT COPY AND PAST THE ADDRESS IN G@@GLE MAP, IT TAKES YOU TO THE WRONG PLACE *** Thankfully the host picked up the phone and bailed us out.

The property itself is outstanding, especially for the money. If you want to stay in a non tourist area, this is the perfect place to stay!!!!!! No complaints at all regarding the property, room. Very, very nice pretty much new. I would say about 25 minute walk to Simpson Bay Beach area. Downhill there, uphill back. The area of the property is very representative of the all the non tourist areas on the island. Make sure your follow the directions sent to you. The taxi driver could not find the place and it was night. It does not show up correctly on the internet maps. Sint Maarten was not quite what I thought it was going to be. ...But the accommodations surpassed my expectations.

This stay was amazing! The location was perfect (not far from much, but not to deep in the city). The location had a very local (and welcoming) vibe! The host was very communicative and attentive to any requests we made.

Minus the dogs barking and roosters. It was well placed not to far from anything. The host was great and responded right away with the few minor issues
