The short answer is that I would stay here again. However, there are +/- to mention. + Bright, AC, good WiFi, excellent location to get to the beach or CBD (20-30 min), & a washing machine. - Kitchen was lacking many necessary supplies (proper knife for cutting, cutting board, spatula) we ended up buying our own and leaving the knives and cutting board behind. A clothes dryer wasn't provided, we had to buy our own to make use of the washer. The towel rack in the bathroom was disconnected. I ended up putting it back on, a task that took 10 seconds after I purchased a multi-tool. Wasn't as clean as you would hope, we found a condom under the bed and things were dusty. Owners accessed the garage below the unit, which isn't well insulated from sound. We would often hear the owners music on very loud. One night they came home ~ 11:00 when we were trying to sleep. WiFi was also open (no password) Overall it was a nice stay, but is probably best suited for 2-4 night stays.

George was really quick to respond and made check in really easy. Great space would definitely recommend.

Studio bien aménagé et bien situé à 15min à pieds du centre de Randwick et 25min de la magnifique plage de Gordons Bay. Le lit était très confortable. George était très réactif durant notre séjour. Petit point négatif : il manquait quelques équipements notamment une casserole et une passoire mais nous avons averti George et le problème a été réglé.
