There is a recreation floor with pool table, darts, bar/seating area/dinning table. And on the Main floor you’ll find the decorated open concept lounge with a variety of areas to enjoy. Huge open concept kitchen and balcony overlooking the Baldwin dam, falls, and pond. And Wood burning Sauna & Hot tub (extra fee). Private bedroom with a double sized bed, lots of natural light, and a view of the river and Baldwin dam and falls. You can hear the falls from the room. In addition to the main building, there is a small barn with chickens, turkeys, ducks, and quail. Guests are welcome to visit the barn and pick farm fresh eggs to eat. There is a full bathroom suite located on the main floor which is shared. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen and dishes, pots, pans, etc.
