Right by the beach of Agia Paraskevi, this elegant and comfortable, newly renovated studio in the traditional Cycladic style is one of the six private studios of the Beach Houses Santorini. Located on the right side of the building, even though it doesn’t overlook the sea, it has immediate access to it and the beach in front of the building. In a quiet area, away from the crowds and noise, it makes a perfect location for those who wish to have a relaxed and private vacation. Combining Cycladic architectural tradition with a twist of modernity, the studio was renovated using contemporary colours and materials. Its furniture, such as the king-size bed with an anatomic mattress, was built in the traditional style. The fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances includes a variety of cooking utensils. The studio also includes a private big modern bathroom. High-speed free Wi-Fi as well a TV with Netflix access and A/C are available. Other amenities include a hair dryer, a kettle and a toaster. The studio has its own private entrance and balcony with direct access to a private beach with sunbeds and lounges.

Hors saison la localisation n'etait pas la meilleure (un peu isolé de "la vie") qui soit mais en louant un scooter ce fut parfait !
Da Dimitri siamo stati meravigliosamente! Oltre alla posizione davvero comoda, per esplorare l’isola, ci ha fornito diversi consigli ed esperienze, trattandoci come ospiti super graditi! Impagabile poi avere i lettini privati sul mare per poter godere del sole che sorge alle 7 tutte le mattine. È stato fantastico per noi! Speriamo di tornare a trovarlo!
Everything about Dimitri's place was great, we very much enjoyed our stay. Being right next to the beach was awesome, we were able to wake up early and sit on the beach chairs and just enjoy the waves. Dimitri was also very flexible and responsive as we missed a flight and ended up arriving past 1am when originally we were supposed to arrive around 5-6pm. The only thing we did not love was the water at the location, it did smell sulfury at times and the hot water would run out some days so we had to take cold showers. The water was also salty and will dry your skin out a lot. Besides that, it was great and we would definitely recommend others to give it a shot! Thank you, Dimitri, for the great experience!
Pobyt był bardzo miły, w pokoju czysto, faktycznie plaża jest oddalona o 3 kroki, ale okolice są niezbyt piękne. Dimitri umożliwił mam wcześniejsze zameldowanie, jest dogodny parking.
L'appartement de Dimitris est tres bien décoré, tres propre, face a la mer, dans un endroit un peu retiré au calme. J'y suis allée a la fin d'un long séjour dans les cyclades. C'était un lieu parfait pour me reposer. Le bruit de la mer, le lever du soleil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Dimitris, ont parfait mon séjour. Allez y sans hésiter! Vous ne serez pas déçus! J'y ai vu le plus beau des levers de soleil et j'ai mangé dans le seul vrai resto typique de tout mon sejour, le Galini, tres bon!

It is a small picturesque coastal settlement, built with the traditional Cycladic architecture, between Monolithos and Kamari.
The church of Agia Paraskevi gave its name to this newly established settlement and every year the faithful of the island gather there, as it is a place of pilgrimage. Agia Paraskevi is offered for quiet and family vacations. The waters of the beach are deep blue and shallow. Fira is only 10 minutes away by car and Kamari even less. Thus, those who choose this settlement for accommodation will not be deprived of the cosmopolitan aura of the capital of Santorini.
