This is the 3rd year we've rented from Ryan. He is always a great host, he communicates well and is always friendly. He messages to check in and make sure we got in okay and didn't have any issues. The house is exactly as pictured and is what we expected. They have a beautiful backyard as well. Lovely place to sit and have a morning coffee. The walking trail nearby is a bonus. Would definitely recommend renting from Ryan!

This was the second time we've stayed at Ryan's. He has a lovely home and it suits our needs well. He is always communicative and responsive when we have questions. Would definitely stay again.

Ryan's home is lovely, it was just as pictured. He was a great communicator and really wanted to make sure we had a good stay. I would definitely stay at this home again!
