Your large family or group will love the privacy of these two homes w/ separate entrances to each & retreat to evenings on the screened deck. This is a duplex with one house up and one house down. The price includes both houses. It is very exclusive and private with a private screened deck off the living room space. Perfect for two families or guy/girl groups etc. There are very large bedrooms and lots of space for your large group to relax inside and out. 2 car attached garage included and all the grounds are exclusively yours for enjoying.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. The host was so accommodating even before booking & even until the end of our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and house was perfect in every way. The surrounding areas was also peaceful and beautiful but close enough to downtown. If you have a large group of people, this place is it!
Our stay at Sunnyside Manor was perfect! We were there to celebrate my mother in law’s 80th birthday. The place was clean and spacious for fourteen of us. The neighborhood is quiet and in close proximity to Franklin and Lieper’s Fork. We had a wonderful stay!
