Perfect stay, well decorated and thoughtful contents (provided us with orange juice and milk, and enjoyed the backgammon!), beautiful sea view from bed, warm and cosy even in winter, heated blanket

This cosy, well appointed studio was as per the photos. Handy to many of the Doubtless bay beaches and amenities. The road will be quieter when the main highway reopens and water pump a bit noisy. Bonus to have the adjoining garage for bike storage and electric BBQ a real asset to be able to cook at home. Dog friendly and great value. Thanks John for your responsiveness and meet and greet service!

This is the first time we had used an Air BNB and thoroughly was worth what we paid. The view to the beach was beautiful, during the day there is alot of traffic but in saying that you are up high so very peaceful and very clean. John communicated well and didn't mind us calling him before we arrived. I would not hesitate recommending the place to anyone that needs a break away. Thank you John again for sharing your property with us, we hope to see you again.

Lovely studio, like a mini version of the classic NZ bach, simple and well appointed. Very private with own entry and off road parking. Cute little deck out front for morning coffee. Walkable to Coopers Beach and several other beaches and bays a a short drive away. Perfect place to explore my favourite part of New Zealand - Northland! Thanks for having us.
