For my visit, the location was perfect. I was visiting my daughter in Tremont and friends in Harrisburg and this location was midway to both. Stepping into the house was like stepping back in time, very quaint. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and the WiFi was good. We ate at Pizza Town a few blocks away and the food was excellent. The only issues we had were walking up the stairs and taking showers. The stair treads are smaller than the width of a normal stair tread and may be difficult for some folks to traverse. The shower is in a claw foot tub which may be difficult for some folks to get in and out of or to keep their balance once in. If you are elderly, disabled or a heavy set person this place may not be for you. Also be aware there are no closets for hanging clothes. All in all it was a good stay and I would rent again.

The house was extrmeley easy to find. As soon as we walked in it felt comfortable and cozy. It definitely had the old house feel to it with the clawfoot tub to the creaky wood floors and open feel to it, which I personally enjoyed because of my love for older homes. There were plenty of extra blankets, shampoo and conditioner (in case you forgot yours like I did), and a nice coffee selection to choose from but if you wanted to get something else or a bite to eat in the morning there's a cute little coffee shop a couple buildings down. It was peaceful at night for the most part, occasionally a car but that was it. I enjoyed sitting outside in the little area out back. The house was very clean and the host responded fast. The only "con" would be the steps (which the host told me about), again its an older home so I understand but they are very steep snd slippery. Just be careful.

The house was very clean and the host was quick to respond when needed. All items listed were provided and in good shape. Excellent value for the price. Was conveniently located close to the LVC baseball field.

Neat to stay in such a historic home. Very clean and heat and WiFi work very well. Would definitely stay there again.

Had a great stay! Too bad the weather was crappy during the stay. Was definitely cool to stay in an old colonial house!!
