Overall, it's a great stay! The location was right by the entrance of Chinatown with fun shops and great eats. The apartment was very clean and spacious as well as felt very safe. The only downside were the sliding doors to the bedroom are a little finicky and a few of the towel hangers/toilet paper holders kept falling off the wall. Other than that, I would definitely stay with Bakan again as it is a great bang for your buck!

The space was clean and as advertised. Cost was reasonable for the great location. Entry and departure were easy. The availability of the Nespresso machine for morning coffee was delightful.

We had a lovely time at Jeremie’s place and would definitely go back if planning to go to Montreal again. Location was great, place was spacious and clean and all staff in the building were friendly and accommodating.

Great spot, uniquely positioned near old port and palais des congres. The concierge, I believe his name was Riga was very nice and helpful as well.

Our Host Jeremie was great, recommended parking and local cosine. Parking is very close by walking distance $24 per day. The apartment was just like the pictures, lots of great lighting, modern and very clean. Host responded right away and kept in touch during our stay to ensure our satisfaction. We were not happy with the comforter because they looked stained and old and he sent new clean ones right away. One of the washroom looked like the tiles were not attached to the floor properly and one of the main bedroom door kept getting jammed, we brought this up to the host and he was gonna send someone right away to fix it but I told him not to bother. I just hope he gets it fixed for next guests. Location it’s ideal, little local coffee shop next door “la finca” for your morning coffee and 10 min walk from any major attraction or restaurant. At the beginning I was hesitant because is so close to Chinatown and thought might be dangerous at night (as it is in toronto) but it felt very safe
