My friends and I had a great time ringing in the New Year at Andreia's beautiful ranch. The living room is a dream where most of our time was spent there and the kitchen. Its coldest in the living room, but cozy blankets are provided. Kitchen had so much ample space, we loved the breakfast nook. We had everything we needed but still brought in extra cookware and baking sheets just in case which was always helpful. There's also a wonderful laundry room downstairs off the living room. There was a so much space for 6 of us and 1 dog. Andreia is very responsive and so so helpful with all our questions and concerns. Thank you for having us!

We loved staying at this place! It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the living room fireplace wasn’t working which would have been nice since it was the coldest part of the house. I would definitely come back again after verifying the fireplace works.

Andriea was very helpful when we arrived and always responded when needed. Place was very nice and we all felt right at home. Overall had a very nice time and would visit again. Thank you Andriea!
