Kevin’s place is so nice and tidy. You have anything you need. You can park your car in front of your room and that’s super convenient. Walking like 5-10 minutes to commercial street and the beach area. I really enjoyed my stay in Kevin’s place and my time in the P-town. Will definitely come back to stay here again.

The location was convenient to everything and the condo was comfortable. Check in was easy and Kevin was a friendly & responsive host. Would definitely recommend!

Kevin's place is not far from the main street, Commercial Street. You have to walk through the residential area and are greeted by the residents walking their dogs and doing work on their house. So it feels like you live there. The street isn't completely quiet as there are cars that drive up and down Bradford Street. It's sort of busy at least that's what I noticed. I was able to sleep well. I really liked the electric fireplace that added a nice touch as it started to get cold at night. The overall ambiance felt like I was on a vessel at sea, just waiting for the boat to move. It's nicely decorated with a gallery wall that flows. I also loved the timer switch for the night lights and how it's very convenient located in the center of the headboard. As visiting P-town has been a regular vacation spot for me, I recommend Kevin's place if you're in town!

The HOSTS made this so easy for us! From check in to check out. Location was awesome and the Airbnb was very clean! Would definitely rent again. Thank you!
