The stay was exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Only con I noticed was wifi range is not good within the room. You need to sit outside the room for decent connectivity. Mentioned the same to host but it wasn’t rectified. The pro is that the host has a private parking as mentioned in description as in Gokarna most of the beach side stays doesn’t have this and you have to pay for parking.

Sindhura is very amicable and friendly. He guided my parents for several things and also helped them to get milk. Highly recommended.

A clean neat room with bathroom . Soap supplied , toilet paper supplied after requesting it. Great location to the best part of main beach with restaurants very near by. Great walk out the back to a road but extremely difficult to find as we were not told that it was behind / on the side of flower garden cafe . Sindura was a nice young guy who assisted ( only when asked) and provided phone numbers to us for motorbike rental and tuk tuk booking

Sindhura was a great host, accommodating and helpful whenever required. The location itself was a bit difficult to locate as you have to cross the farm lands by foot from the main road with your luggage and it might be tiresome for some. The place was also as shown in pictures, one thing to note is that there was no geyser so getting hot water was a bit tedious. The property is right at the beach, good shacks around. Overall, it was a decent stay with a good host!

Sindhura's place was nice, great location just few seconds from the beach and surrounded by multiple restaurants to choose from. Sindhura is very friendly and was super helpful on all occasions including early check in we were grateful for and helping us arrange taxi to Udupi. The place also felt safe. Number of other foreigners accommodated in Sindhura's place.
