The stay at Jeff’s place was peaceful and welcoming. Very communicative host and had all the information you could need for an easy stay. Place was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is my fourth time staying with Jeff. Needs to say, I am very happy here! The location is perfect, close to Siesta Key and right off Tamiami Trail. There are many restaurants and shopping centers as well!

I really enjoyed Jeff’s place! Not only is it about 5 to 7 miles away from some of the prettiest beaches in the world, it had all the nice grocery stores where you could get healthy and good tasting food, like Sprouts and Trader Joe’s which happen to be my favorites. Even the local Walmart was one of the best that I had ever been in, with the friendliest and most helpful people ever. Jeff himself is quiet, but is very quick to help you if you need it. He is not intrusive at all, and you are left to feel at home, if you choose to. He takes good care of the place and ensures that the pool is nice and clean and has what it needs to look beautiful. I stayed four nights, and it began to feel very homey to me and was actually hard to leave. I hope to return sometime in the near future.

Room nicely decorated with powerful ceiling fan Bathroom spotless. POOL on property. Driveway parking. Located in a safe neighborhood.
