Franks place worked great for us and our adult kids. Was as expected and we had no issues. Frank was great with communication. The location is perfect for getting out to open water you can see it from the balcony as pictured! Just fyi if you have a dog might want to bring booties. The concrete stairs are so hot during day and then the yard is the little pebble rocks which also get hot.

Picture perfect place for a keys escape! Between back porch views and canal fishing or boating you would never have to leave. But if you do it’s super located for a day to key west or a day to islamorada.

The place was extremely clean, and Frank was very accessible and very accommodating with any concerns or questions whatsoever. The whole process was very easy. The ramp does not accommodate for our 22 foot tri-Toon, but there was a ramp we could use about a mile away and drive it up to the dock without any issue. We felt very safe, and the neighbors are very nice. It was fun to get knowledge about the area from them. There’s a Winn-Dixie close by, and our girls like to walk up to the ice cream store a couple blocks away. The atmosphere is very light and airy, the balcony provides a wonderful spot for evening cocktails.
