Fish Tales is a perfect lake house for a family, especially with a child or dog. I shared the space w extended family for the 2024 eclipse and was impressed with the availability of the accommodations. They really have thought of everything: outdoor furniture, fire pit, kayaks, fishing gear, swimming floats, yard toys, board games, dog stuff, well appointed kitchen. I can’t imagine what could make this space better. Tina was an excellent host, reaching out before the trip and after check in. Thank you for sharing your space and hospitality.

Tina's place was absolutely wonderful. We had a fantastic stay, made all the more special because we were four long -time friends meeting for the first time in four years. The house was perfect - impeccably clean, a well-stocked kitchen, really comfortable beds and room to relax and enjoy the lake view. We had our coffee outside on the back porch every morning, ate great dinners and drank wine and played lots of cards. I HIGHLy recommend this lovely lake house and will be returning in the future. Tina was easy to reach and communicated well. I would give Fishtales more than 5 stars if I could! :-)

The lake setting was absolutely perfect! The house was quaint and all the major necessities were provided (dishes, coffee, shower supplies, toilet paper, fishing poles etc) Tina was very responsive and kind with any questions we had. The only downside to the house is the second bedroom does not have a bathroom close by, it’s across the house in the kitchen. Other than that, we loved it! They even have some fun board games to play. If you have a dog, it also seemed dog friendly (we didn’t bring ours but I think she would have loved it). The backyard does have a fence as well. Thank you for a fabulous stay!
