Welcome to the Paradise! Sophisticated and Modern 3 bedrooms super spacious Townhouse in the heart of the famous La Cala de Mijas, just 5 min. walk to the beautiful La Cala beach. The Townhouse located in the upscale complex "La Valvega" which was completed just few years ago by very high standards. House is stylishly decorated , full of sunlight and very well equipped. Spectacular communal garden facility with 2 saltwater communal pools at your door steps as well as a children's pool. This absolutely beautiful townhouse offers you anything you wish for to have the best vacation of your life. On the main level you will find very specious Living/Dining room with guest bathroom and open concept fully equipped kitchen with the breakfast bar. Wall to wall glass sliding doors will lead you to the private terrace with the direct access to beautiful community garden with the salted water two pools and another kids pool. Stylishly decorated living room has a large Smart TV with hundreds international channels . Amazing modern kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to cook. Second level of the house offers Master bedroom with ensuite, build in wardrobe and private access to the spacious outdoor furnished terrace with amazing views. Second bedroom and third bedroom have a full privacy and shared bathroom. Third level of the house has an specious outdoor Roof Top with outdoor kitchen, BBQ Grill, dinning, outdoor shower, sun bedding area and small heated private pool (plunge pool) for your intimate escape. In the Lower level you will find laundry room with the washer, dryer and direct access to the garage with the private parking space. Sophisticated cooling system has its own control panel for each level of the house and heated floors system will provide you amazing comfort during winter season.

The townhouse and location were perfect. We have been visiting La Cala for many years and La Valvega stands out as the best with the restaurants and supermarkets being within walking distance. We would highly recommend.

Unbelievable place, and I liked it more as I continued to realize how close we were to so many great places (beach clubs, town, mountain villages, Marbella, and Malaga). The house itself is unbelievably nice, newer construction, and awesome rooftop plunge pool. The complex is also 5 star and feels very exclusive/nice. Highly recommend. The only small issue I had was some slightly inconsistent WiFi my first few days, but it improved. Stay here and you for sure will not regret

Fantastic family stay. Location is only 10 minute walk from the wonderful Cala De Mijas town and beach. Plenty of good bars and restaurants with all amenities available in property for cooking if required. Whole townhouse was brilliant, topped off with the rooftop terrace with plunge pool. Whole complex very accommodating for young children and Elena couldn’t be more helpful when needed.

Fantastic apartment. Very modern, well equipped and clean. Having the plunge pool was brilliant. Excellent location perfect to walk into La Cala and supermarket was close by to get everything you need. Elena was extremely helpful and replied very quickly to help us when needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Location of the townhouse is absolutely the best. Its located in the heart of the lovely town La Cala de Mijas which is famous for its exceptional Dining ( From typical Spanish ‘Menu del Dia’ restaurants, seafood, Indian, Italian, British, Thai cuisine and a good old Irish pub), Entertainment, Shopping ,Shows and festivals, Local Market and lots of other activities to keep you busy. The city of Malaga is just a 30 minute drive away, town of Fuengirola and traditional Mijas Pueblo, both just 10 minutes, and vibrant Marbella to the west approximately 15 minutes drive. La Cala de Mijas offers a perfect holiday base to go and visit other parts of the coast, the bus from the town centre can take you to Marbella and Fuengirola town centres. If you are a golf lover, then it is a dream come true. La Cala Golf, Santana Golf, El Chapparral and Mijas Golf are all located within the vicinity and offer excellent conditions for a round or two of golf.
One of the best beaches on the Coast, La Cala Beach is just a 5 min. walk from the townhouse. It’s famous for its crystal-clear water, gold sand and its relaxed atmosphere. La Cala is also the favourite beach for many tourist. This beach has sunbeds to hire, a volleyball net, lots of activities for the kids, showers and many other services.
There are no busy roads to worry about near the beach which makes La Cala de Mijas beach a very safe place for kids, and if you enjoy walking by the beach, you can take a beautiful board walk all the way to Marbella.

The townhouse is located in the gated urbanisation of " La Valvega" in the town of the La Cala de Mijas. There are plenty of free parking available in the urbanisation and for your convenience there is a private parking spot in the garage with direct access to the house.
Everything is in walking distance, Supermarket " ALDI" just across the street. Many other supermarkets, Restaurants, Bars, Market, Banks, Parks, Pharmacy just few minutes walk from the townhouse. If you wish not to drive, there is bus stop just around the corner which will take you to the shopping centre ¨Miramar", Fuengirola, Malaga and Marbella. Also, you will find very easy access to the Motorway.
