This amazing newly renovated spacious villa, in Risskov is the perfect location for family vacation. The house is 100 M from the Risskov forrest and very close (500 M) to the sea. The city center of Aarhus is only 3 km away. The house features a big kitchen with dining area, living room , office, four bed rooms, three toilets and two bathrooms. From the kitchen there is a nice view and an opening to the private garden with terrasses, lounge and a trampoline. This is the best place to stay :-) Welcome to our gorgeous spacious villa! The house has been fully renovated in the period from 2018-2023. Thus, you will experience modern conveniency and comfort. The basement includes a nice bathroom with washing machine and dryer as well as a comfortable sleeping room. The basement has a private entrance. On to the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and dining area. It is modern, spacious, and very well equipped. This kitchen is a chef's dream come true. Next to the kitchen, there is a cozy living room with a huge comfy couch and a big TV - the best place to relax. The house has four sleeping rooms. Two of these rooms with king-size beds. Additionally, there are two children's rooms with comfortable pull-out beds. On the ground floor there is a toilet, and on the first floor a nice bathroom with a tub. This house is perfect for kids - there is a big trampoline in the garden and plenty of toys as well as a big tv for games. Ask for access to stand-up-padel board and/or bikes etc. In conclusion, this newly renovated house is the best place to holiday with family or friends. Beautiful house with everything one needs for a great holiday. Very clean, superb kitchen, very nice garden, comfy beds, not too far from the city centre, very nice tv and Wi-Fi well functioning on every floor in the house. We loved staying there and didn’t really want to leave. Kenneth was friendly and helpful and responded quickly. We hope we’ll be back someday!
We hebben een kleine week in het mooie huis van Kenneth mogen verblijven met ons hele gezin (7 + 1 baby). Het huis was voorzien van alle luxe en had een veelzijdige en ruime tuin. Het huis is op loopafstand van een mooi bos en dichtbij het water. Daarnaast was het centrum van Aarhus ook zeer snel te bereiken (Met gehuurde donkey bikes was het 15 min). Bij vragen was de host snel te bereiken, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
Maison extrêmement agréable et très bien située en lisière de forêt avec vue mer. Superbes équipements mais qui nécessitent une vigilance importante pour une location vacances. Il fait compter 4 chambres deux lits doubles deux fois des lits gigognes et un bureau dans lequel une personne peut dormir.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Kenneth sehr genossen! Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet, bietet Platz und ist sehr hell. Die Kinder haben den Garten mit dem Trampolin geliebt. Die Küche bietet alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Das Haus ist großartig gelegen. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Nur ein paar Schritte entfernt liegt der Wald - toll um Sport zu machen oder die Kinder mit Fahrrädern und Roller fahren zu lassen. Nur 250m bis zur Bushaltestelle die einen in die Stadt bringt. Wir sind aber meistens entlang der Küste in die Stadt gefahren weil dort ein toller Fahrradweg ist. Der Strand ist ebenfalls in der Nähe und gut mit Fahrrad / Bus / Auto zu erreichen. Insbesondere für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern würden wir das Haus sehr empfehlen! Kenneth hat extra noch einen Hochstuhl und ein Babybett für uns besorgt. Ich denke wir werden nochmal wiederkommen!
Rolig og fint strøk med stor fin hage for utfoldelse for barna. God plass i huset - lekkert med flott innredning og designdetaljer (verdens fineste vegglampe😍😅) Rask tilbakemelding og god kommunikasjon med vert - anbefales!

The house is 100 meters from the forest 'Riis Skov' and 7 minutes from the beach. The neighborhood is very quiet, friendly and safe.
There is also a playground near by and a trampoline in the garden, if you travel with kids.
Several of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
Almost everything is easily reached by walking, bike or the Tram in Aarhus called 'Letbanen'.
If you want to go a bit further you can go by car.
