Bruce and Rina were great hosts. They let us check in late and were on call to make sure we found the place being it was after dark. Can’t beat the views from the cottage and the sunset from the gazebo. Would rent the space again. Thank you, Bruce and Rina

The owners Bruce and Rini are very friendly and responsive. They live on the property so are quite accessible. The location is right on Cape Cod Bay with a lovely, 180 degree view. Perfect for sunsets. Walking the beach and sitting in the gazebo to watch the sunset and easily accessing the bike trails was just what we were looking for. We had some unexpected issues with construction next door our first night. Rini was super apologetic and brought over two bottles of red wine as a peace offering. The house is a small, clean summer cottage. It has all the amenities needed for cooking. It is closely surrounded by a mix of new building and older cottages. You share the gazebo and lawn with your neighbors. If you are looking for a place off on your own this would not be it. But if you want immediate access to the water and it’s views, friendly, accessible and responsive owners, easy drive to Brewster, bike trails and the rest of the Cape, this cottage may be for you.

This is a cute little cottage right on Cape Cod bay. Very clean, comfortable, and can't beat the location. Bruce and Rina were very welcoming, helped us with flexible times due to a tropical storm coming through, very relaxed about all of it. Rina hung out with us and another nearby cottage renter, in the gazebo overlooking the Bay, as we were settling in- we feel we became friends with all, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The cottage is not fancy, but it is very clean, well-maintained and very comfortable. No TV, but good internet service, and views and direct access to the Bay are priceless.
