Do NOT miss this absolutely incredible castle! The hosts are so accommodating and have thought of everything to make your stay unforgettable. From the comfy beds with fresh linens to the authentic fortress ambiance, complete with roof access. Can you say gorgeous views? And bonus, breakfast bites are provided and you can score some pets from two friendly pups. Don't think, just go go go and pack light because the twisty, narrow stairs are as challenging as they should be - designed for maximum defense, swordplay and all!

Out of everywhere we stayed on our first trip to Ireland this was the best. We had the vaulted room. The room was absolutely beautiful very clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the music playing in the room when we arrived as well as all the extra amenities we had access to. We grilled a couple of steaks and burgers during our stay and then enjoyed the breakfast downstairs in the morning. Fabulous place. Hopefully we will be able to visit again someday. Thanks again

Daphne was clear and perfectly descriptive about her lovely property including the welcoming labs Sam and Luna. We thoroughly enjoyed our cozy stay with our teen kids - It is hard to impress a 13 year old boy (and his picky mom) but were we amazingly impressed with the castle, the uniqueness, and the descriptions provided as a glimpse back in history. Amazing stay with a lovely breakfast and we were lucky to arrive on a clear day with amazing views from the tower. We will be back with our entire family for sure!

From the room to the breakfast to having the entire castle to ourselves, this was an outstanding place. We booked for my husband's 40th birthday and it was easily his favorite part of Ireland The cherry on top were the doggos Sam and Luna!
