The location is excellent and the unit is tidy, although it does need maintenance as unit is showing its age.

Overall the apartment was excellent for our needs. The location is fantastic, the place is quiet, peaceful and well appointed, and the host's instructions and support were excellent. The main bed is very comfortable and the WiFi is excellent. The hot water heating system is not functioning correctly - it is impossible to maintain a comfortable temperature as the continuous flow heater constantly cuts in and out. Lesser Issues: The coffee machine is broken (but there is a plunger); sofa and chairs are small and a the cushioning is worn out; A/C is working but a bit noisy and had to be left running continually to keep the place cool; the ceiling fans are noisy; windows need cleaning, especially the kitchen; TV is small and low quality and lacks smart TV features; light fittings need cleaning; blinds don't keep the morning light out - curtains are needed; o-rings are leaking in the 2nd shower. Also there were a few things missing: face washers, knife sharpener, extra glasses/mugs/bowls.

After staying a week and needing to be near hospital, location was great. Unfortunately didnt realise no smart tv, lounge looks great but not comfortable, couldnt lock flywire door, no keys matched, no flywire screen on kitchen window, holes in other screens, so could not leave windows open. Airconditioner doesnt work properly only cools a spot, doesnt cool bedrooms, clothes hanger was broken, some cups had chips on the rims,. Shower went hot and cold after a few minutes, bags dont fit bin, kitchen chairs dont allow sitting upright at table, could do with more bigger cups. Instead of 2 chipped ones. Hope this helps as once all these items are attended to should be perfect. Unfortunately i feel abit miffed at paying $1500 for one week, thought could have been better. Thought everyone has smart TVs. Had to go and buy a smart tv which cost more money as son wasnt well and needed distractions. However the host was great and allowed earlier check in, no complaints there.
