Escape to the White Mountains in the Waterville Estates! ~15 minutes to Waterville Valley, ~25 minutes to Loon Mountain, ~30 minutes to Cannon Mountain During your stay you are welcome to use our 4 guest passes, gaining you access to the Waterville Estates Recreation Center. The recreation center boasts amenities for all ages and abilities. Campton Mountain Ski Area is a sweet little mountain located in the estates, dependent on natural snowfall. Our cabin is a tri-level home with entry from the basement level. We have a deck off the living room with a BBQ grill and dining table and chairs. The entire home has new vinyl plank flooring with area rugs. Our heating system was recently upgraded with Rinnai heaters, in addition to two electric heaters if needed for supplementation. Brand new tankless water heater for plenty of hot showers! We have recently installed an outside perimeter drain to address any moisture issues we had in the past! The stairs on the deck have been rebuilt and the siding around the door has been replaced! The (1) shower is located on the entry floor, and the third floor bathroom has a tub only.
