Nice apartment located in the center of Porto Recanati, in the most famous and strategic area of the city, a few meters from the sea. A stone's throw from the house are the main points of interest, the central square and the free or equipped beaches of the city center. Through the cycle path you can reach the Conero in a few minutes. The apartment is new, furnished in a functional way and equipped with every comfort; it is also provided with a private parking with automatic gate. The cozy and bright apartment is a two-room apartment consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom and a dining room with full kitchen and terrace. The accommodation is air conditioned, with underfloor heating and air conditioning; it has a video intercom and free Wi-Fi connection for guests, with optical fiber up to 100 Mega, perfect for video calls, downloading very large files and surfing on social networks, or simply for watching a movie. Given the scarcity of free parking spaces in the city center, we give our guests the opportunity to take advantage of a private covered parking next to the apartment, which is accessed via an automatic gate. The master bedroom is equipped with practical bedside tables, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV with Wifi, Netflix, Prime Video, Youtube, etc ... The kitchen is complete with everything: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle with an assortment of teas, infusions and herbal teas, coffee machine with pods, toaster and a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower cabin, washing machine, hairdryer and cleaning products. A WELCOME KIT (100% Made in Italy) is also offered by the house, including organic soap, shampoo and shower gel based on Bach flowers. There is also a practical drying rack and an iron with a small ironing board. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary linen: sheets, blankets, towels, etc ... If guests wish, we can prepare a comfortable cot (standard size) next to the double bed, so that you can take care of your baby in the best possible way.

Appartamento recente corrispondente alla descrizione. Lorena ci ha accolto già dal primo contatto in modo amichevole dandoci istruzioni precise (con foto e video) di come raggiungere l'abitazione. Graditissima una bottiglia di vino locale come benvenuto e un vasetto di marmellata di propria produzione. Sicuramente se dovessimo ricapitare in zona cercheremmo di ritornare la Lorena

L’accoglienza di Lorena e suo figlio è stata perfetta, ci hanno spiegato tutto fin da subito e sono stati molto disponibili con anche delle piccole sorprese su orari di check-in e check-out (ovviamente questo non è sempre possibile per via delle prenotazioni successive, ma abbiamo apprezzato) La casa nulla da dire, è super fornita e soprattutto pulita.. grazie per aver contribuito a rendere speciale questa vacanza.

L’appartamento è carinissimo, tutto molto curato, luminoso, tanti piccoli particolari dal gusto delicato. Bagno organizzato benissimo, cucina pure, camera fresca,terrazzino che si affaccia sulle traverse che portano al lungomare. L’appartamento è pulitissimo, dotato di tantissimi comfort. Lorena e Andrea sono stati gentilissimi da prima che arrivassimo, ci hanno fornito tante informazioni utili sia per l’arrivo che per il soggiorno. Sono stati molto carini nei nostri confronti; è stata la prima vacanza con la nostra piccola bimba e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, bella esperienza! Le Marche offrono veramente tanta bellezza, sia sul mare che nell’interno, regione da visitare nuovamente..

Abbiamo soggiornato durante la settimana di Ferragosto, sfruttando l’appartamento come punto d’appoggio mentre visitavamo i dintorni, dal Conero ai borghi storici. L’appartamento era perfetto, estremamente pulito e confortevole, provvisto di tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe avere necessità, come gli asciugamani, fino a al secchiello per il vino o il ferro da stiro. Situato in pieno centro storico, si può visitare il paese spostandosi direttamente a piedi. Lorena e Andrea si sono dimostrate persone squisite, sempre molto gentili e disponibili nel fornirci i migliori consigli. Se in futuro dovessimo rivalutare le Marche come metà per le vacanze, ci ritorneremo volentieri.
