We had a great few days in Accra and the apartment was clean, well furnished, good air con, and conveniently located-just a short taxi ride to Osu Oxford Street and all attractions. Thank you

The apartment is spacious. The staff in the hotel were helpful and caring to the kids. They responded to our concerns and helped turn things on. Wi-Fi was poor. Very variable which was difficult distracting the kids after a long hot day. AC was great. Billy came around and gave us advice on where to go. Generally a great stay.

The apartment was in a great location and the onsite staff are amazing. Loved having a restaurant downstairs. It was delicious and they will deliver to your door. Pool was great and clean.Billie was kind and responsive to my concerns via What's App.Needs Improvement:The lock to the sliding door is broken. Difficult to figure out if I should messgae via the AirBnB platform or on What's App. The messages received from Michelle are "copy and paste", so when I asked questions about what she sent, I didn't always get a response. I also tried to set up the use of their Chef and never received information and noone followed up on my inquiry. I had to request someone come and clean the apartment as visable trash was left behind on the floor and under the sheets. Proactive communication would of been nice. My stay happened during the internet outage and I didn't learn of this until I reached out about the wifi not connecting. My experience was poor enough to not be interested in rebooking

We enjoyed our stay at Michelle’s apartment. The apartment was located centrally and very close to Oxford street and other attractions making it easier to get around and explore. The apartment complex was secure and staff were friendly. There is a pool which is also great for families Michelle and Colleagues were Responsive and were ready to assist when we had an issue. In terms of the apartment, it has most of the features that you need (including a washing machine) however it would be good if before customers arrive the air con units are cleaned, freshly washed lined is put out on beds and the place dusted as it’s easy for dust to accumulate when the apartment is empty. This will helpful especially for those with allergies. Additionally a newer iron will helpful in the apartment and maybe a new ironing board cover.
