Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom apartment for 6 people is a perfect getaway for families, couples or friends who seek a place to relax and avoid the noise and crowded streets. All our guests have free access to an outdoor barbecue area, as well as free parking within the property and free Wi-Fi in all areas, while the beach is just 200 meters away. Once you check-in you'll be able to enjoy the apartment located on the first floor of our property. The apartment consists of a kitchen with all the amenities that you need for cooking and dining, dining area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV, three bedrooms with a comfortable double beds, a bathroom and a toilet, and a terrace. In addition to accommodation, it is also possible to provide a transfer to the desired location, arrange a visit to local attractions or experience leisure activities offered by our partners.

The hosts who also live in the house are very nice and helpful. The apartment is as described, well equipped and clean. Way to the beach no more than 10min. Unfortunately, only the living room is air-conditioned, the bedrooms not. Otherwise I can only recommend this apartment

Ražanac is a small town on the coast of northern Dalmatia about 20 kilometers from the city of Zadar. It has a beautiful view of a powerful mountain massif of Velebit, diverse Mediterranean vegetation, aromatic sea air, clear sea, beautiful beaches and a great number of little bays perfect for nature lovers.
All its characteristics are influenced by Bura, a northern wind streaming off Velebit which is distending away any attempt of the rain clouds to accumulate. Razanac offers you the taste of the Mediterranean of the past without crowds of industrial tourism.
Our facility is located close to all of the important locations such as a supermarket, restaurants, exchange office, ATM, bus station and other, while family Miletic will be at your disposal if you need any information or help.
Our property is just a few hundred meters away from the closest bus station from where you can take a bus to the city of Zadar or other locations near our property. We can also arrange a taxi ride or a transfer to national parks, airports or other cities and locations.
